Stacie is an experienced business professional with over a decade of ownership experience. She is a skilled director in the healthcare industry as well as a marketing specialist. Stacie has a Masters of Science from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY. Stacie has a long reputation of superior care and dedication to her business and clients. This passion carries over from her experience in different industries and her relationships reflect her commitment to a personal investment in the success of her clients.

Daniel McCaulley, P.E.

Director of Engineering
and Business Development

Daniel is a product development and leadership specialist with over 10 years of professional engineering experience. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with hands-on experience in downstream/midstream oil and gas and the construction industry. He utilizes a combination of practical engineering knowledge with Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) and Business Administration (MBA) to help companies of all sizes meet their engineering and business challenges head-on.

FEA

Ultimus Engineering provided design and FEA analysis for a high pressure flanged head vessel for an industrial application.  A non-linear FEA analysis was utilized to determine the pressure required to deform the gasket sealing surfaces to the point at which a seal failure would occur.
