Ultimus Engineering provided process condition analysis, engineering design, and manufacturing and assembly drawings for a fluid separation application. The separator vessel was sized for the expected operating conditions, given specific inlet pressures and temperatures. After separation, sales lines were designed for each phase of the 3-phase separator and termination points were provided at the skid limits. Separator configuration was provided by the customer regarding line locations and access points.
