- At a young age was always involved in sports. Found a calling in football which lead to a successful high school and college career
- The push as a child to be competitive and win spilled over into all aspects of life. Constantly seeking a challenge lead to the decision of a career choice of advanced medicine or engineering. Engineering was the path that seemed difficult enough, and also allowed me to start solving problems much sooner than the training required for medicine
